dynamic balancer for brake rotor

Had my zx10r 08 dyno'd after a few mods,(decat can, and,k&n filter) 165 RWHP at 14% A/F, is that ok,?

Is 14% air / fuel ratio to lean, should i buy a power commander, and custom map it.

Michael, what a stunningly good answer! I'd say that 165 is about 100 too many horses for me.
