i need you guys/girls advise between buying a K&N air filter or waiting and saving money to buy a caurborator?

i have $100 and i can go ahead and buy a new K&N air filter or i can wait and save up to $300 and buy a new eldenbrock caurborator..idk wut to do so guys i need your advise on this subject
i have a 1967 ford mustang 289 v8

It depends do you need the carb or are you just doing an upgrade. K&N filter isn't the priority if you have a carb. problem. If your car runs good go for the K&N. If your going to be racing it, save for the carb.
