Can I put a 2009 cadillac cts engine in my 2003 version?

I have 100,000 miles on the enigne and every once in awhile the engine seems to start to smoke. i also would like a new engine so it can actually go faster thn i already goes
also will my cars mileage get resetted for changing the engine?

it would be easier to do a chevy 350 swap
