Karcher pressure washer gas engine won't start?

I bought a 2600 PSI Karcher pressure washer with a Honda 160cc engine at Sam's Club at 15% off the list price. It was a display model, but the spark plug was dirty, so maybe someone returned it after using it. I am getting a spark to appear by holding

It sounds like the needle valve in the carburetor is clogged. Clean the carb and it should run.
