dynamic balancer for brake rotor

I have a Gen V 454 engine and want to build 4 street about 450hp, what comp ratio and cam dur. should I use?

1995 Chevy Gen V 454 big block marine engine. I am wanting to use as a street rat motor. I am looking for around 450 horsepower. What pistons and compression ratio should I use. Also cam lift and duration, lopey idle is desired but want to maintain vaccuum


I would stop by a speed shop and tell them what you have in mind. They can advise you on what Cam and intake and pistons to use. I personally would keep the compression ratio at about 10.5:1 You will have to run 92 or 93 octane. Who knows they may have
