Swap My Fiero engine for a pontiac v8?

I Want to purchase a fiero that i saw for sale that has alot of engine km, and pretty soon ill have a spare pontic 350 sitting in the garage. I was wondering how to put this into the fiero. I know it can be done, but what would be involved? Changing "everything?"

Im pretty sure they make a conversion kit to put a SB in those cars... At least I have heard of people doing it before. It would be pretty involved but awesome when its done.
