dynamic balancer for brake rotor

Can you give me information on radiator combs/fin straighteners?

I have several bent fins on my car's radiator. Where can I buy a comb/straightener? Online places charge too much for shipping. Is there an auto parts store that has them? I'm located in central New Jersey. Also, how do you use one if these things? Will

They are available at Autozone etc. Most have several fin
spacings. Once you see the tool you will know how to use
it or just ask at the parts store.
