What's the best way to bleed brakes on a 97 ford escort 2.0?

I have a 97 ford escort and recently replaced the rear wheel cylinders, front brake pads & rotors. The peddle was solid when we finished but now it goes to the floor. I was wondering if anyone knew of the best way to bleed the brakes on it?
