HELP 1961 McCulloch Sport Scott outboard?

Ok so i got a boat at an auction that had a 1961 McCulloch Sport Scott outboard that wouldn't start so i took off the flywheel and noticed one of the points were broken, and with all the tampering the spark plug wire broke off the coil. i guess my question
