dynamic balancer for brake rotor

I have just put a BMC air filter in my Yamaha r6 and it seems to red line at a lower speed, can anyone help me?

I have an 08 Yamaha R6 with a yoshimura trc full system, power commander V, and a bmc air filter. After installing the air filter it red lines earlier than it used too, if anyone has any answers that would be great.
